Purchased a tree ornament and there is no hole to mount the rope with. After 13 messages back and forth with support this has still not been resolved. I am very disappointed and they are not providing a refund for a unfinished product

This is not a snow globe.It is a flat keychain looking ornament.Not worth the price.Qaulity would be 10 to 12 dollars at the most.Ordered 3 for gifts....now dont really even want to gift them...video ad is very misleading.
